No Refunds Policy
All sales for the Create and Conquer Retreat are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or changes in circumstances.
In the event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
Should a registered participant be unable to attend, they may transfer their seat to another individual. The new participant must provide their information and confirm the transfer with the retreat organizers at least 20 days prior to the retreat date. The original registrant is responsible for managing any payment arrangements for the transfer.
